To gain a better understanding of current geopolitical issues, you will be assigned a country that has been in the news lately for various reasons.

Your task is to research major events/issues, foreign interventions, daily life and/or struggles the citizen of the country, etc...

​What will you do with the information you collect?

• Create a fact sheet for your assigned country that covers the questions above which will be copied for your classmates.
• Prepare a three minute overview of your findings.
• Participate in a class debriefing----each student will present and use their fact sheet as a resource.
